About My Story
Hello Lovelies. 2002 was a cool year, it was during a time when Halle Berry won an Oscar for best actress in Monster's Ball and Denzel Washington won best actor in "Training Day", the New England Patriots won the Superbowl, NASA's Mars Odyssey space probe mapped the surface of Mars. In the same year I had a professional re-birth. I began to embark on my second career (formerly from Corporate America) to pursue my passion of working with my hands, it lead me to hairstyling and hairstyling lead me to become a Licensed Cosmetologist, Board Certified Hair Colorist, Hair Color Educator and most recently in 2020 I became Certified in Aromatherapy. I find immense joy in hand-making my own products for hair and skincare. Once discovering the various benefits herbs, plants, flowers and organic oils can do for our skin, hair and scalp I became enthralled and more passionate about offering the least listed ingredients found on most of your processed products as the first listed ingredients in my homemade products. Soap bars are making a comeback since the first liquid soap was introduced to the world in 1970. Now that we are experiencing the long-term affect that generating and using plastics has done to our world...I am transitioning to zero waste and I'm starting with my nurturing hair and body bars, oils, steamers and teas with no plastic. Join me on my zero waste journey...it'll be fun saving the earth and your peace of mind, body and spirit at the same time.
